How late can I order and still get the toy by Christmas?
On the east coast, we can ship your order as late as Dec 18th and get it to you by Christmas.
West of the Mississippi, please allow an extra 2 days, so we can ship orders up to Dec 16th.

How do I order at O.P. Taylors Online Toy Store?
- When you see an item that you would like to purchase, click on the Add to Cart button. When you are done shopping for all the items you are interested in and you are ready to checkout, click the "Proceed to Checkout" or the Shopping Cart button. To return to the last page that you visited, click Continue Shopping and shop for more items. Once you are ready to checkout you can click the Checkout button located on the top navigation bar.
- On the checkout page you will be able to change the quantity or remove items from your shopping cart.
- Next you will enter your billing/shipping information and any special instructions.
- Then enter your payment information. Fill in your credit card information and click the Submit button.
- A summary screeen will show you the details of your purchase. After reviewing your order, you can click on the Confirm button to order and get an order number (a receipt will automatically be e-mailed to you).

do not share your contact information, it is only used to fill your orders. If you indicate an interest in getting our newletter and toy alerts, your contact information will only be used for O.P. Taylors communications .
What is your return policy?
At O. P. Taylor's, you may return any item in its original condition for any reason -
at any time.
We'll be happy to issue a full refund, replace the item, or issue a credit toward other items we carry.
In the event we make an error, we'll gladly refund the shipping charges.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards.
I received the wrong merchandise?
If you have received the wrong merchandise, please email us at
help@optaylors.com within 10 days of your purchase and we will send you out the correct merchandise. We will pay the shipping charges for you to send back the wrong item(s). In rare cases, we'll issue a refund on your credit card if the item is no longer available.
I received damaged goods?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we will refund your money (including shipping charges).
How to Return by Mail:
- Mark "damaged item" or "wrong item" on a piece of paper with your order number and the reason for return.
- Pack the item in its original material.
- Indicate if you want us to re-ship the item or issue a refund on your credit card.

We highly recommend using the U.S. Postal Service's insured service or UPS for shipping so your return can be tracked. Please allow 5 to 10 days for your return to be processed.
